Your progress is saved on your iPhone only. There is no account: if you delete the app, the save is deleted with it.
The game has no in-app purchase. It is paid for by ads, which you can choose to watch for a reward.
To report a problem, tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version and the version of the game (in Settings).
